BAI completed subsurface explorations, laboratory analysis, and provided geotechnical parameters and recommendations in a geotechnical report to support construction of a new 3- to 4-story, 34,000 square-foot on-campus housing facility with a basement. In addition to characterizing the subsurface conditions for support of the building, we drilled to a depth of 60 feet to observe the groundwater table to aid in the University use of geothermal heat exchange wells.
