Materials Testing & Special Inspection

Our Technicians and Special Inspectors do more than check boxes. They are trained and certified to perform quality assurance/quality control of construction materials while reporting and communicating with owners, clients and contractor representatives. We promptly identify concerns or deficiencies and work with project teams to provide remedies.

Environmental Engineering

Budinger offers a wide range of environmental consulting services, from Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments through design and implementation of remedial action projects to restore water and soil quality and work toward “no-further action” determinations.

Materials Testing Laboratory

Our accredited laboratory performs a near-comprehensive array of AASHTO and ASTM test methods for construction materials, soils, and aggregates, under the technical oversight of experienced licensed engineers.
