Our construction materials testing laboratory specializes in evaluating the physical and mechanical properties of construction materials used in various building and infrastructure projects. We assess the properties of materials such as concrete, soil, asphalt, masonry and other materials to ensure they meet required standards and specifications or to facilitate engineering and design efforts.

Budingerโ€™s laboratory has been accredited by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Our well-equipped facility is complemented with a fleet of mobile laboratories that can be deployed to projects throughout the northwest for on-site testing.

Budinger is accredited in over 175 methods including specialized geotechnical testing such as triaxial shear and flexible wall permeability. Our team strives to provide comprehensive services and frequently adds new capabilities. If you do not see the laboratory test your project requires here, please give us a call to learn about our latest capabilities.
