Project Description
Downtown Coeur d’Alene is set to welcome a 15-story hotel tower on the northwest corner of N. 1st Street and Sherman Avenue. This project will feature a ground floor spanning 20,424 square feet and include a 5,769-square-foot basement. Sherman Tower is planned to feature 139 rooms, a 6,000-square-foot restaurant with a seasonal rooftop bar, and nearly 4,000 square feet of retail and office space.
Budinger’s services included subsurface explorations, geotechnical analysis, and ground improvement design recommendations for support of shallow foundations. Budinger is honored to contribute to this exciting addition in beautiful downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
