Downtown Coeur d’Alene is set to welcome a 15-story hotel tower on the northwest corner of N. 1st Street and Sherman Avenue. This project will feature a ground floor spanning 20,424 square feet and include a 5,769-square-foot basement. Budinger’s services included subsurface explorations, geotechnical analysis, and ground improvement design recommendations for support of shallow foundations.
