The former wonder bread building located at 803 N. Post will soon be transformed into an office and retail space overlooking the Spokane River and Downtown Spokane. BAI provided geotechnical services to assist with the 67,300-square foot building as well as installed micropiles for foundation support. BAI also provided construction materials testing and special inspection services.
