The proposed Service Center facility included 300,000 square-feet of buildings from offices to maintenance storage facilities. Soft soils required ground improvement with stone columns for foundations and geosynthetic reinforced pavements. BAI completed the geotechnical services on time and within budget, while using its technical competence and experience to solve problems with unfavorable soil conditions.
