Budinger & Associates, Inc. has provided environmental services since 1988. In that time, we have completed over 400 environmental projects. Our geotechnical experience is an integral part of our environmental service, and we are very familiar with the environmental conditions in Spokane and the surrounding area.

We are experienced with landfill siting, wastewater management, and groundwater remediation. We supervise underground storage tank removals and site remediation, and help our clients comply with Washington State Department of Ecology, Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, and Army Corps of Engineers regulations.

The majority of our environmental projects are Level I and Level II pre-acquisition site assessments for facilities such as:

• Industrial facilities
• Commercial buildings
• Superfund sites
• Leaking underground storage tank sites
• Automotive facilities

Many of these required subsurface soil and water sampling, interpretation of chemical analysis, and development of appropriate remedial alternatives.
